>>4161234Dislike him as a person (the guy's a narcissistic idiot), but unironically I support and like some of his policies. I live near the border and support the wall (the current fence isn't cutting it, the cartel uses lax immigration policies to slip some of their guys and drugs into the US) and stricter immigration policies, people should come here legally and get jobs and stay here (I dislike the illegals that steal up jobs and don't ever plan on becoming a citizen). I also support his military expansion policies (40 new USN Missile Destroyers, 1000 new USAF pilots, 10% bump in military expenditure, 2% increase in soldier pay, reforms to the VA, updated nuclear weapon arsenal and ballistic missile defense etc. etc. that he's initiated so far), I also support a harder Cold-War like stance on Iran, North Korea, and Russia. There was a time when 30,000 Russian nukes were aimed at the US, and the Soviet Russians still feared us as military-economic rivals. In my opinion, any other candidate in the 2016 election would not have been able to revamp the American military and industry like Trump has been able to do in just 1 year. That said, the guy's still an idiot.
