It will be hard since most of them are isolated and terribly introverted to the point they are drained for days after a simple conversation.
Essentially they're anti-social wage workers that have no direction and no reason to save money.
They're missing essential needs from the hierarchy of needs and this is another substitution just like porn is another substitution just like videogames are another substitution.
To really boil it down though...
They are sperglords that never figured out how they should act and now suffer daily while attempting to cope with their sad reality.
Most likely they didn't have enough social interaction as a young child and grew up isolated from the real world.
At least that is the prevailing theory at this time.
It makes the most sense if you think of humans as simple animals that need to be trained properly from an early age just like the best dogs are the ones you get as puppies and teach to behave ideally.
In this case it is "society" that functions as the master.
Explaining this usually makes no sense because society is essentially what we all live in.
Similar to a fish not knowing what water is.
A human doesn't really know what society is.
