Benchpressing 185 lbs and trying to do 10 reps but end up doing 7, the first two sets that's what I got stuck on but I gave my chest a rest and did curls, I told myself I need to do 3 more to complete the set, ended up doing 7 more for the first set and then 6 more for the second set to complete it. On my final set ended just doing one but I gave it my all, didn't want it to be a half rep so I pushed it all the way up. Then rested a bit while doing Arnold presses, did 6 more, then rested again putting hype music to push myself, needed 4 more to complete and ended up doing 5 more and held that 5th rep I'm the air for 10 seconds yelling
