>>8930214In the beginning, some tribes banded together based on similarities for the sake of protection. One kingdom split into two after people from each side felt they had little in common with the people of the other coast and broke away.
The Mamugoviaks (the red kingdom) are known for their brutality and rejection of intellectualism, believing it would make them lose sight of what truly matters, in favor of labor, brotherhood, combat, and honor. They have fertile lands along the rivers, where most of them live and work. Fields are often run by groups of families that share their land, frequently supporting each other in times of need and crisis. In war, they are a feared opponent, having no respect for human lives besides fellow Mamugoviaks. They are reported to frequently tear out the lungs of their opponents with claw-like tools and use them for religious rituals.
The Yervumioors (the green kingdom) by contrast are content in peace. Their lands are infertile and forested, and most are hunter gatherers, but there is a good amount of traders that keep the kingdom powerful through trade. Their craftsmanship is refined, making the best ships in the world, recognizable by their insignia, a seven pointed star inside a square. The seven points representing the seven core religious beliefs and the square representing an all-powerful, intangible being. These being peace, truth, serenity, giving, love, thoughtfulness, and gratitude.
What these two share is minor. Both of these kingdoms share a language and skin color but evidently this was not enough to keep their kingdom together.
As it stands, the Mamugoviaks don't have the means for invasion. Owing it to their poor ship-working compared to the Yervumioors. But if they were to discover the secrets of ship-working and craftsmanship, this is subject to change...
