Dr. Clark shakes his head.

But if I can organize these records and offer a steady hand for the few days that I'm here, it will make my successor's job far easier. And if there are any emergencies that command my attention, well, I would be doing a grave disservice if I were not prepared."
The assistant beams at him. "Well, we're honored to have the assistance of such a brilliant mind, even if only for a few days."
Dr. Clark smiles wryly.
