>>15460010I've lived like shit the past 7 years. My mom died unexpectedly not long ago Spent 5 days watching her convulse before deciding to end it. It was a difficult process. 3 of the nurses touched me in a very profound way. This combined with my mothers difficult passing has inspired me to reconquer my life and health. Use to be a Ranger in the army, lost it all to drinking. In the process of re enlisting, taking back my health and regaining myself. I've felt very sorry for myself and felt my life was frozen in time for years. I've picked up yoga, meditation and running again. My new journey has only begun. Its just a shame it took my mother dying to start it. Men, its important to be the commander of your life. Time is short and you may think "there will be more time" like I thought. There wasn't and I will take a crushing guilt to the grave over my mother and how I treated her based on assumptions that ended up not being true. Tell your mothers you love them and take control of your life.
