I really don't think the military would test rockets at the same time or even in the same place. Or even in public view for that matter without making it an intentional demonstration. It just doesn't add up timing and location wise to be a military test. It is in the exact right spot to have been a rocket...

If you can hold it, see it, touch it, etc. if your matter can interact with it physically, then that means it has physical properties. Do you understand?
