just turn on the fan, colds don't have anything to do with getting cold its just a superstition. if anything being warm makes you more susceptible, ppl only get them more in winter because they spend more time around other people indoors in warm environments with no fresh air.
obviously don't fucking freeze yourself if your already sick but putting on a fan or AC wont make it worse and may help if u have a fever
