Also IPL is not as long lasting as laser. I would recommend using epilator instead if you don't want the removal to last for years or decades like it will with laser.
Laser is always going to be better, but also a lot more expensive usually.
Go to a clinic to have it done, if you can actually afford a laser machine (which I doubt, they're huge) the laser can damage and scar your skin if you don't know what you're doing.
