Bullying happens young. Young girls fuck up thinking that bullies and high-status powerful dudes are the same things. So when the actual high-status dudes get snapped up quick, they go for option 2, the bully. Third on the rung is anyone not high-status, not a bully, and not bullied.
A noticeable number of girls just hate their dad and want to fuck anyone to spite him. This is victim behavior and bullies naturally key in on victimizable people.
It's why thugs are the only people who get laid in poverty. Nobody is high status and everyone but the thugs is bullied.
