Incel is short for involuntary celibate, and that's all it means; someone who is unable to have sex because of reason outside of their control. If someone has an intellectual or physical disorder/disability that makes it harder for them to achieve romance or sex, that makes them and incel. Why is this bad and how can you imply that you have any moral high ground when you insult disabled people? Funnily enough, event people who identify themselves as "asexual", are literally incels.
How this word, that's so literal and straight forwards, go from that, to this insult that can just be applied to all men simply because of their opinions on things? If they are talking about men who just hate women then there's already a word for that, and it has exited for many years; it's called a "misogynist"
