One year after international trade has been ground to a halt, there will be rationing of fuel for military and police and other government and emergency vehicles only. I doubt there'd be much left over for personal vehicles.
That means bicycles will probably be a pretty popular mode of transport and bike maintenance will become a highly desirable skill especially when bike tyre tubes are a rare commodity.
People who have enough space to grow their own crops will be the lucky few, assuming they are able to continue without being raided.
Overall, I think there will be so much economic disruption that loaves of bread and toilet paper will be extremely rare and highly desirable commodities ... after a year even the very well prepared will have dwindling supplies of dunny paper and flour doesn't last forever even if it can be stored in large quantities long-term.
TL;DR only a small proportion of those who have prepared for shortages and economic instability will ride it out past the 1 year mark.
