The reason why people aren't having kids is because, it's simply too expensive to own a house and raise children. If conditions were as such that the husband working a factory job with a highschool diploma was enough for the wife to stay at home with the kids and own a home and some land, then fuck yeah pop out the babies.
But now when you have to graduate from college just to live in a closet? Yeah fuck no way you are having babies.
