I was in Kiyv last year. It's ridiculous how you still have open borders with us but men over 14 need to have an "invitation" from anyone inside the country. I haven't seen a single russian word anywhere, even evacuation plans have ukrainian, georgian, kazakh etc. but no russian. At tge same time everyone I met or heard were clearly speaking russian, with a few exceptions. I really liked tht city though, would be a shame if everyone forgot russian in year.
