Every breath is a taking in and giving fortg.
That said, I've become instantly thankful for little things, like, when I'm sitring and something slips from my hand...and, without fail, my legs come together so quickly...the object is caught before crashing to the concrete floor. Same with my hands catching a slippery dish at the sink, before it shatters glass beneath it.
All little things, which causes yiu to say 'thank you' out loud, not in rote fashion, but, truly as thanks for the help.
