>>21756391I’ve always understood flat earth as attempting to convey a metaphysical idea but using physical language. Most of the flat earthers I’ve run into don’t like having seperate categories for the material and symbolic for whatever reason. Keeping that idea in mind I don’t particularly mind the flat earth ideas, but the earth is very obviously a sphere. There are just basic observations that cannot be overcome that flat earthers will claim they have undeniable refutations if but they’re all lackluster as shit and unimpressive.
