There's a general level of courtesy between housemates that means you don't have to explicitly demand things that would inconvenience or jeopardise your health/safety. When you state things like this it makes you look autistic. No one wants to live like an autist. It's inconvenient for others. You don't have to listen to me, in fact - if that's you honestly feel, put it out like that. It'll let other people know how autistic and weird you are so they don't make a mistake by moving in with you.
