>>3942331I'm not trying to troll you with the following, genuinely trying to help you here because I've been exactly where you are, I was 20 at the time I went through this depression/existential crisis but managed to fix it within 7 months.
I am 25 today, happy and in a relationship.
You can do it.
>Adopt the ''what would the best version of me do?'' perspective, so at every decision/turn, you ask yourself that question and FORCE yourself to make it happen. Hard as hell at first, but you realize you are automatically making good decisions as time goes by>Make a list of the things you want to improve in your life, but realize all good changes start by changing your sorroundings. The whole ''clean your room'' by Jordan Peterson isn't just a meme, it actually helps you change your perspective of the world, if you are at peace with the inner (your eating, health, your home, etc) you can take on the outter (relationships, social confidence, etc)>Set realistic goals. If you wanted to, for example, lose weight, that's fine, but don't expect to be a shreded animal in a year if you are a landwhale. I recommend 8fit phone app if you are pursuing this>Always remember, everyone has to start somewhere, so stay positive. Doing something minimal today to change your tomorrow is better than sitting on your ass and doing absolutely nothing.
