Blaming media for the gullible's actions is an old ploy. Pamphlets, comics,poets,lyrics all have been used to demonize artists who dare to point out the obvious. If you watch a Warner Bros cartoon and find yourself bopping heads with mallets from your local hardware store, do you blame Bugs Bunny? Thank the Gods for 4chan and its grassroots mob of truthspeakers.
And as for minorities...stereotypes are stereotypes for a reason. These politically incorrect but somehow recognizably accurate ideas came from somewhere,and have recurred often enough for a stereotype to be recognized. Is all of human history...wrong?
