Don’t take my belief as fact, as I don’t think any opinion you can have on the afterlife can be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt and this is nothing but an anon’s schizo ramblings, but I personally believe that we all have “souls” which are never ending. I believe that there are living entities similar to souls which inhabit the organisms that exist in this world which are the source of the organism’s consciousness. I believe that this entity exists because you cannot pinpoint in your body the location of a consciousness (for example if you were to clone yourself, the identical atoms in your clone’s body could not produce the same consciousness you are experiencing at this moment).
The way in which the soul is never ending is that it is a 4 dimensional permanent being which has a temporal 3 dimensional host which is what we observe in our plain of existence. This 4 dimensional “worm” travels through the three dimensions of space and time and what we observe is it’s 3 dimensional cross section.
When we die I believe that our temporal host will be recycled to create more life on Earth as it’s matter is permanent and cannot be recycled, as the the permanent soul goes off to its plane of existence until it chooses to intersect with our’s again.
