June faded away in the sweltering heat of summer, and the apprehensions of late spring coalesced into the stillness of summer break. I look at what ordinary people around me find happiness in and I'm impressed by their conflicting responses, what they prize the most is a happiness awarded to them only after wearing themselves out in the rat race, but they say they're all happy nonetheless. I'm not happy with it, but I'm not unhappy with it either because misery sprouts from laziness and inactivity. In the end is there really happiness in this world, and is it worth wearing your body and mind out for a scrap of flitting joy?
