sure, that's the disc one. i have one like it too. very easy to use but apparently the knives lose the edge with it quicker than other methods. it does the job though, i got it after i bought a nip knife. before that i was happy to let my 5 eur knives go to shit without maintaining them
if ur knives are shitty to begin with, you might also want to get a honing steel and use both things. the honing steel straightens the edge which is probably distorted from years of abuse and the thing in ur pic actually sharpens it.
