Imagine actually believing that a copy of pokemon ruby is worth anything north of $20 when it sold like hotcakes and the same game can be played on your phone simply by emulation, with the ability to modify the game in whatever way you so choose, without needing to buy an inferior outdated console to play it. But behold, the millennial will pay out the ass just to say they own the game. This is the same mindset that allowed Limited Run games to jump onto the scene and charge out the ass for "le physical" versions of games that never needed it in the first place. Now everyone wants to make bank off of the old shit they had rotting in their desk drawer, which is the exact reason why people are trying to get $200+ for their NES copies of Super Mario. It's just simply not worth that much to anyone who's blood isn't comprised entirely of soilent.
