The reason people get annoyed with Catholics is because whenever their numbers reach a certain level approaching a significant minority-majority, they drop the whole "unity in Christ" thing and start slamming other denominations. They destroyed the /christian/ board on cripplechan. When non-Catholics created separate boards, they spammed them and tried to destroy them. This all flows directly flows from their theology, which states that membership to their club is required for salvation, not just assent to the gospel of Jesus Christ.
That being said, I don't hate Catholics at all.
