>>2890322>the nuclear familyBecause they didn't have families in China, right? Or the Middle East. Or Africa. Or South America. Right? I'm not saying there needs to be a "nuclear" family, but consider that in all of the places that I listed, boys grew up with fathers who were male role models. If not, then the culture itself (ie: need to slay a lion to become a man) had a clear cut definition and path to male adulthood.
Measure that against the rise of single motherhood and get back to me.
>>2890319>I'm fine with being a dude in a dressAnd you're just evident of where we've wound up. It's permitted, so I'm not going to stop you. Few people if anyone will stigmatize you unless you take it public, and even then in more "cosmopolitan" places it will be permitted. You could have a hard 5 o'clock shadow and a wig and be getting fucked in the ass on Hollywood Blvd - I doubt too many people would rush to stop things. FFS, it's probably a regular occurrence. More to the point though, it's not too hard to deconstruct how you wound up being a dude in a dress and enjoying the idea of getting fucked in the ass.
>>2890326>your lived experiencesAre anecdote. On the other hand, science does not always explain culture, and culture is not always consequential to some scientific truth. The Occam's Razor explanation for this whole thing is pretty easy: People tend to want easier lives, and it's easier to be female than male in current Western Culture. Dispute, disagree with this explanation - doesn't matter because this is the internet, and thanks to it, we just exist in gated communities of our own "personal truth" since the internet is just overflowing with cardinal "truths" than neither clash nor mesh. It's just an ocean of immiscible material.
