Bane at first says that if CIA were to pull off his mask, "it would be extremely painful", to which CIA responds "you're a big guy", meaning that Bane would probably be able to withstand such extreme pain. Bane then clarifies "for you", by which he means that the one who will be put through extreme pain will not be Bane (due to the removal of the mask) but rather CIA, at the hands of Bane, who will be exerting extreme pain on CIA as retaliation for having his mask removed by the latter.
