That video reminds me when some people was following some thief but they couldn't stop it. I went running at full speed and managed to drop it in the floor.
In pic related the official should have sweept his legs from front to back while at the same time push his head against the floor. With this movement I managed to drop the thief and he should have done the same. Also he relaxed.
