After couple decades of peace that system is currently on its last legs, about to go bankrupt and dissolve.
I could give you lengthy explanation backed by scientific evidence why living in homogeneous society is most beneficient and how all the multi-culti states in history always fell apart - but listen to this. In modern day West there is one place that strips away all of the social norms, laws, hypocrisies and misunderstandings of every day life. That place is prison. And first thing you notice about prisons is that they are segregated by race, and that the numbers matter. And people who are either mix-raced or don't conform to their racial identity because they were raised by different 'street' culture get the worst deal, because they get to be used and abused but whichever dominant group claimes them.
It's natural to identify and stick with your own, it's unnatural to do otherwise. Those who value their own more than the others (like Jews) succeed.
