I dont know how bad your anxiety is but hydroxyzine should work and if it doesnt and you have to take something stronger try your best to stay away from benzos and if do have to take them 1 month tops. Even then you shouldnt take them every day only when you have a panic attack or something related. Once you start taking everyday, and its easy to fall into it, your fucked and have to ween yourself off since you cant cold turkey it like you can opiates.
