>>12514966The RIAA has a bot server here in the USA that looks for American IP's of those who seed and they use some kind of law to get Xfinity to issue an email out to you. I have seen it happen if you seed straight on Xfinity. Also I do beleive that on Xfinity there is something dunno what it is that interferes with the ability to download Torrentz. I will see that I cannot make connections, it just hangs looking for seeders. So VPN fixed the issue. I pay for VPN, its slower but cheap, like 3 bucks a month. Even if I proxy in the USA I don't have the issues I have directly on Xfinity. All the seeders pop up pretty quick when clicking on Magnet links using the VPN.
