If I ever get the chance, I wanna try real fresh wasabi. Apparently it tastes very different from all the "fake" wasabi.
Real wasabi loses its flavour quite quickly, which is why you'll mostly find a horseradish/mustard replica.
I might also try Lao Gan Ma Chili sauce, for the meme and cause it's on sale rn in an asian food shop I frequent.
