After 5 years I will be able to buy my first house for profit without any dept because I am a programmer and earn good money. I will buy a new house every 5 years with cash, I'm considering doing it more often with dept that will be lower monthy than money I get from inhabitants.
Then I will be able to become a NEET while being richer than other NEETs. I will probably be too bored, so that plan will likely fail because I will start a business and get even richer.
Then I will teach my kids what I learned over lifetime.
Oh, I forgot to mention. I will inhetit 2.5 other properties in the future. I prefer my parents and grandmas to be alive, but I know at some pount they will leave me some property to monetize. But currently I'm planning around building passive income fortune on my own.
