I had a therapist in middle school and I just couldn't open up to her at all, she had a judgemental tone, and the stuffy office atmosphere didn't help me open up at all either. I would flat out just lie to her to pass the time, in hindsight it might've been a good idea to mention my at the time rampant porn addiction though...
