I have been in no fap since 4 weeks. 2 days later I start lifting. Today I did my second exercises. I can control my stress easier than before. Today we made a big fight with my brother but I was able to control myself and made correct decisions.
My sound has become thicker. I start to solve my focusing problem. I did some logical conversation. My energy level is increasing day by day. People start to respect me a little bit than before. I recognized that some people in community tried to talk to me among others. I think I am unwittingly touching some good points.
I can also recognize my mental improvement. Regardless of what people think I say what I want and don't be regret for this. I think over my decision in positive way and I flourish better conversation skills by virtue of cover myself. I have always thought how I am correct. It contributes me as an self-defense power.
I feel I will become a winner in near future. I plan to do noporn. I will also do diet 1 month later and go upper level in my bulk exercises. I programme myself.
