remember to take good care of yourselves during the down market, it can really sap your spirits, and the people doing this to our markets want you sad and weak. i'm going to the gym today and so should all of you. if you're keeping track, you know i've made a lot of progress. gonna try to do 3 sets of 170 lbs bench today, that's a lot of weight for me. today is a squat day for me too, only been doing those once every 4 days because my knee has been giving me trouble, but i think i might be getting past that, i'll find out today when the weight is on my back. only 2 more lift days with my mom here, will have to reduce weight and increase volume in her absence, don't want to lose strength but thinking that is inevitable, unless of course i make friends with people at the gym and i dunno if i'll be able to do that. worried about the risks i'll be taking the next couple weeks, both in the market and the gym, but i'm going to try to remain responsible and keep myself out of trouble and bankruptcy. survived these last two trading days without serious incident, and perhaps i'll gain strength and wisdom in the next few days and be prepared for it. my mom being gone is a big stressor for me, i'll be leaning on /smg/ even more than i usually do.
on the market front, compromise might be just around the corner. or perhaps rationality. hoping with everything i have that this is not the argentina treatment, where they just dump everything endlessly until we capitulate or crumble, that the world can live with these tariffs or the plan works out and we make a good deal. right now everything looks dark and the outlook sour. but we'll get through things one way or another.
