the easiest ones to boost if youre starting out that are cheap and go with pretty much anything are garlic, yellow onions and spinach
underrated choices are oysters and beef liver, but try to limit yourselves to them to once a week, twice absolute maximum. they are chock full of other vitamins that if you over indulge will lead to other health problems
