She could pass as a med to the average untrained eye of a germoid, but an expert physiognomist like me can easily tell an Anatolian person by the big droopy eyes, the Jewish nose, and the lack of cheekbones which usually gives them black circles. A true med woman would look like picrel, similar skin tone but more hunter-like eyes, angular face, higher stature and definitely not looking like a fish from the side.
