You pass an exam, you're hired, interviews are formality. Zero resume/skills required beyond whatever degrees/certifications are mandatory for specific jobs.
And in 9/10 of these jobs, you're unfireable/unlayoffable. And even if it happens to you, you're entitled to super-unemployment benefits.
