Yeah it's definitely worse here but since vitamin d isn't fat soluble most people end up with a slight deficit even just during bad weather or if they stay inside a lot.
It's not something you would notice I your everyday life unless it was drastically low and even then it might not be immediately noticeable. But it plays a part in immunity so that along with vitamin c are the best things to supplement if you're trying to avoid infections.
