I still don't have a gf tho. Some things are even beyond God's power/will, no matter how hard you try/pray.
Still, you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, well, you might find you get what you need.
Unironically, I was on the verge of checking out....but because of a morbid curiosity, I sucked it up, tried to put my rage for my mother aside (still estranged, cause of The Eternal Jew), and decided to see how bad things could get.
Unbeknownst to me, things worked out financially enough that I'm basically back where I was when I was 34, but with a larger steam sale budget.
You can attribute this to Jesus, Allah, Budda, The Elephant Man, or just the general new age "Power of Attraction" concept, but when things were darkest and I thought it was IMPOSSIBLE for things to turn around....Whatever the fuck force is out there bent over backwards to help me forward at every step.
I'm here now with no Real complaints.
Sure, a loving, loyal, smart, funny, qt3.14 blue eyed aryan wife would be great, but that shit just doesn't exist in the (((City))) that I live in, so that's not a real complaint, just wishful thinking.
The point here is, even when YOU think there is NO HOPE and you are FUCKED, put your faith in God (whatever God you happen to believe in - or try Jesus if your God isn't helping you out....it was Jesus in my case, for full disclosure.)
Things will work out, but you Have to Keep Going.
