A) keep them as they are (best). they drain our money but stay a territory
B) let them free (they are incompetent even under our rule and would end up being africa level if not worst and flood here in bigger troves because they know we would take them and they lived under us)
C) statehood (they are incompetent already as mentioned before but making them a state means they have say in OUR republic letalone theyre own. they are a money hole we would be inserting more money into but at least it isnt like giving them independence, money is a necessary sacrifice to keep the puerto rican whordes at bay)
they cant even recover from a hurricane 20 years later so choose your option on them wisely
