>>17648872yeah i was thinking about that lately, it's a real question is it better to be a soldier now or like 100 years in the past since 100 years ago they didn't had all that advanced machinery and advanced killing technologies but they also never had all the defensive capabilities that modern soldiers have but on the other hand modern soldiers also face far more destructive weaponry and despite that evading getting randomly killed is way easier now than it was 100 years ago still the offensive technologies always outclass the defensive ones so if you're ought to get killed you will get killed no matter what
