>>15507942Considering that nowadays even Discord servers and 4chan general threads can be counted as extremist groups due to their known relations to criminal activity and small-scale terrorism, I think the FBI and other counterterrorist organizations would have to have huge potential extremist group member lists, listing many people who might never actually do any harm to anybody else in them too.
