Smear Dimethylmercury on them when they go out and jog. It would take so long to kill them, the exact cause of death probably wouldn't be found and attributed to myself. Dimethylmercury can be made from Methyl Iodide and Mercuric Iodide, so its not like the stuff would be super hard to obtain.
