To me, satanism is a way to enlightenment, to become a better individual than those who can't keep up. "Satan" represents an archetype of different things to different people. To gays like the ones in your pic, satan represents rebellion against the fact that god doesn't like gay sex. To someone like me, Lucifer would represent something like pride. even people like me, who aren't atheists but are not christian don't worship satan. 99% of satanists are atheists though.
