benched 185 4x6, then 160 2x8. deadlifted 220, no problems tonight, we'll see how i feel tomorrow. baby weight i know but it's heavy to me. progression has slowed a lot, but i think i'll bench 200x5 before the year is out. gonna watch this video, it's got tom lee and the ceo of btbt. probably just a bunch of hype but whatever. if it's interesting, hurray, if it puts me to sleep, even better.
