>>4431709I see where you're coming from now. I have not looked into that whole light bending upwards claim at all, was just thinking the issue was the same if the earth was convex or concave, however the requirement of light bending does make it a different issue.
The only way I would see that working is if the light were refracting in some way through the air. Currently refraction is what is cited for pic related, wondering if this is the same thing as OP is talking about with his light bending.
