In this case, when you see lots of I's and E's. You most likely need to manually adjust your CW reception speed.
In fldigi it can be changed in the bottom left.
For practise receiving non-encrypted CW comms try going to 7011 USB or LSB. Be aware that they will use slang like here. So it might be tricky. You may only hear half the conversation.
