You are not an ocean of being that embraces the whole universe - you are confined in the body.
...In much the same way, you are in 2022, but you are not in 2200, and you are not in 1910. That's just beyond the limit of where (when) you are. You will always be in 2000, and 2022, and you will always be within your lifetime - even after that time is over. This is the perimeter of your life, beyond which you are not. It works in time in the same way as it works in space.
...yet for some reason, "NOT BEING" in a certain space is perfectly normal to our minds, but "NOT BEING" in a certain time feels alien and weird.
Notwithstanding this perception, this feeling, the reality is that these phenomena operate in the same manner - it is geometry.
