over medium is great to put on burgers and such but i'm not the biggest fan in general. the trick to scrambled eggs is cayenne, letting the whites form a bit before starting to whisk, then whisking really aggressively and taking off the (medium high) heat every once in a while. ends up being really creamy
they got my chicken fucked up, i'm a bit pissed
